Our Cancellation Policy

→ Your appointment time is reserved just for you! Guests who change or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or who miss their appointment, will incur a full service cancellation fee, which will be applied to the card on file. Our policy is strictly enforced.

Pool Deck Access

→ Guests with services valued at $100 or more are welcome to enjoy the Pool Deck before or after their treatment. Our Pool Deck will be in use for Guided Sauna Flow Classes during the following times: Monday: 5:30pm-6:30pm, Tuesday: 8:00pm-9:00pm, Wednesday: 5:30pm-8:00pm, Thursday: 10:45am-11:45am, 6:30pm-7:30pm, Friday 12:15pm-1:15pm. Please inquire at the front desk if you’d like to join a session during your visit.
